Hampton Road Social Club
Another Double-Header Weekend for The Jack Burr Band!
What a weekend it’s been. Friday night we hit The Old Wirral Hundred and by Saturday we were back at one of our favourite spots, Hampton Road Social Club. This is always a gig we circle on the calendar and as expected, it didn’t disappoint.
The dancefloor was buzzing, packed with people swinging their hips to our take on classics from across the decades. The energy was electric from start to finish. As usual, our band photographer was there capturing the magic so keep your eyes peeled for those shots!
Evenings at Hampton Road always have their own unique flavour. Alongside the music, there’s the bingo and of course, the famous Joker game. This week the jackpot could have been £945, however, the lucky winner walked away with £72. Not bad for a Saturday night!
A huge thank-you goes out to the venue, the staff and our loyal followers who make nights like these so special. We can’t wait to return in the future and do it all over again.
On a side note, Saturday night gave us a first, someone asked us to autograph a band poster! Of course, we happily obliged and we all hope Lilly was thrilled with her signed keepsake. Moments like these remind us how much the music connects and it’s something we’ll definitely remember.
Thank You for the Support
A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support us on Saturday, you did us proud. If you took any photos or videos, we’d love to see them!. Please share them with us; we’d be proud to feature them right here on our site and on our social media channels.

A Special Moment with a Special Guest
Due to ill health it has been many years since Chris’s father was able to make it to a gig. To see him here at Hampton Road was indeed a special moment and one worth mentioning in it’s own right!
