JBB Christmas Party – Final Gig of 2025

Saturday, December 22nd marked the final JBB gig of 2025, a night affectionately known as the JBB Christmas Party. This annual celebration has become a highlight in the band’s calendar and as always it proved to be a gig like no other.

Every year, this show comes with surprises and this time was no exception. When I say “the band,” I really mean Chris, as Andy and Paul were once again completely unaware of what lay ahead. Before JBB had even played a single note, the audience was treated to a special guest appearance from Leanne, a new and up-and-coming performer making her mark on the local music scene.

Leanne delivered a powerful and confident masterclass in music, instantly capturing the room with her voice and presence. Her impromptu performance set the tone for the evening and earned a huge response from the crowd. As she looks to establish herself on the local circuit this appearance showed she has all the talent needed to succeed and then some.

With the bar already set high, JBB took to the stage and delivered another flawless performance. Their trademark fun, engaging style had people dancing, singing and fully immersed in the festive atmosphere. The energy in the room was infectious and the band fed off it effortlessly.

Then came one of the night’s standout moments. “The Big Man” himself joined Chris on stage to debut a brand-new addition to the 2025 setlist — Keith Urban’s “Somebody Like You.” The surprise appearance sent the crowd into raptures, but it didn’t stop there. During the break, The Big Man returned once again, this time serenading friend of the band Terry Whitelow with “In Case You Didn’t Know” by Brett Young. Unsurprisingly, he completely stole the show.

For the second set, the festive spirit was turned up another notch as the band donned their Christmas hats and powered on, keeping the dance floor busy right through to the end. As the night drew to a close, Chris, Andy, and Paul took a moment to thank everyone for their incredible support throughout the year.

Thank You for the Support

All that remains is to say a huge thank you on behalf of JBB, we appreciate the singing, the dancing and the unwavering support. If this Christmas party was anything to go by, 2026 is going to be something very special indeed.

Have a fantastic Christmas and a prosperous New Year
